MESA is located in the West End Historic District of Downtown Dallas. Dining, entertainment, and the DART rail are located within walking distance of our office. It’s the perfect location to step away for a bite to eat or have an office happy hour after work.

MESA combines the mentoring environment of a small practice with the extensive resources and support of a major design firm. The opportunity for cross-collaboration among project teams is always present with the many types of projects that are being worked on throughout the office. Through design charrettes, a meaningful dialogue can occur to encourage inquisitive discourse. The open studio environment cultivates creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

The firm creates opportunities for staff to participate in a variety of events in and outside the office. We encourage personal and professional development through technology workshops, lunch and learns, and employee-led “SPARK” discussions. Some of the events include site visits, tours, and lectures.

Our employees take advantage of our unique half-day Friday schedule that allows to better balance work and personal time. In addition, throughout the year we invite everyone and their families to several events including socials, holiday potlucks, charity races, ballgames, the State Fair of Texas, bowling and volunteer events, just to name a few.
