MESA is collaborating with the City of Frisco to design a new pedestrian plaza in Historic Downtown Frisco, also known as The Rail District. 4th Street Plaza will become a family friendly place suitable for impromptu social gatherings and organized events. Amenities will include a performance stage, water features, great lawn, and public restrooms. In addition, MESA is working with an engineer to create a cohesive vision for streetscape improvements along Main and Elm Streets.
