Located in the Historic Downtown Frisco Rail District, Fourth Street Plaza is a vibrant, family-friendly destination designed for both everyday use and organized experiences. Catering to events and activities of various scale, the design incorporates a state-of-the-art performance stage and event lawn, creating a versatile space for entertainment and community gatherings.
Drawing inspiration from the Rail District’s industrial heritage, the plaza incorporates authentic materials and design elements—such as brick, steel, and reclaimed timber—to evoke a strong sense of place. Central to the design, an iconic “ribbon” shade structure inspired by local South Asian textiles extends the length of the plaza abstracting the railroad’s meandering movement through the land.
