MESA, in partnership with Fregonese Calthorpe Associates and the City of Dallas, developed a specific set of recommendations for the revitalization of the Dallas Arts District. The team’s proposal defined improvements for a wide range of elements that impact new development and the quality of life within the area including: future mixed-use development patterns, proposed parking strategies, streetscape improvements, directional and wayfinding signage, and linkages to DART transit.
