Berkshire is a 360-acre residential community in north Fort Worth. MESA is currently working with Hanover Property Company to develop the 750 home community that will also feature a series of lifestyle-oriented amenities, including an open-air clubhouse, swimming pool and splash pad, playground, ball fields, five-acre pond, as well as open green space and a trail system.
