M3 Ranch is a masterplanned community spanning over 900 acres in Mansfield, Texas. Once complete, the community will be home to 1,600 single-family and townhome residences, as well as parks, an amenity center, and retail/commercial uses. MESA worked with MR Development and Hanover Property Company to develop the overall land plan as well as community theming, branding, and visioning. The team held a groundbreaking celebration on October 15, 2019.
