“It’s a continuation of a very successful master-planned community in Mansfield,” said Ben Luedtke, executive vice president of Dallas-based Hanover Property Co. A little under 500 new homes are heading to the M3 Ranch project in Mansfield, part of the second phase of what will eventually be an over 1,500-home master-planned community. The upcoming phase will include an amenity center with a clubhouse, a lake, a splash pad and large resort-style pool and a large open space for play fields. The second phase is expected to be delivered to builders in Q1 2024.
