The Mineral Well Public Plaza is a civic gathering place that establishes a strong identity and sense of place, while expressing the history and story of the Mineral Well. The new landmark features a 40-foot-tall clock tower positioned within a fountain basin. The sculptural lion head provides an artful component, while paying homage to the historic fountain.
