Silo Mills is an 840-acre master-planned community in Johnson County serving the cities of Burleson and Cleburne. The name, a combination of two traditional agricultural structures, is influenced by the former agrarian heritage of the land. MESA worked with the client to develop the site master plan, including lotting plans, as well as community theming and branding, and development and zoning exhibits.
Upon buildout, the community will offer 2,500 residential lots, as well as commercial and mixed-use development. Silo Mills will provide a variety of resident amenities, including a resort-style swimming and entertainment complex, parks and playgrounds, trails, stocked water features and preserved green space.
