Austin Square, located at the heart of the Austin Ranch community, offers a variety of retail shops, restaurants and entertainment. The project, developed in three phases, is situated around the Village Green with the entry at the north end, Dry Creek Lodge (leasing and recreation center) at the south end, and retail shops on each side. The entry to Austin Square is flanked with six display fountains, three on each side, landscaping and enhanced vehicular and pedestrian paving. Alternating bands of concrete and pavers are extended into the landscape with alternating planting schemes. The retail developments also extend along the frontage road of Windhaven Parkway where the paving enhancements and landscape plantings continue along the store fronts.
