Bridgewater is located in Midlothian, Texas on over 960 acres. This master-planned community will feature over 2,000 single-family residences, townhomes, and commercial and industrial development areas. MESA led the entitlement efforts, developed the overall master plan, neighborhood designs and the project wide amenities including the design of the amenity center, many neighborhood parks, the central promenade and an extensive greenway corridor trail system.
