The Heights at Park Lane is a mixed-use urban living development located in mid-town Dallas. The Heights includes three luxury residences, The Tower, a 20-story building; The Flats, a 15-story mid-rise tower; and The Lofts, a four-story low-rise tower. MESA worked with the client and GDA Architects to design a unique amenity space for the residences. MESA created a contemporary look with clean, refined design by using natural stone and wood. The pool deck features a zero-edge swimming pool that connects to the seating areas with lush plantings, grilling stations, and a fire pit overlooking downtown Dallas.
