Patrick Ptomey Promoted to Associate

Since joining MESA in 2013, Patrick has demonstrated exceptional design creativity and project management across a broad spectrum of project types, including master planned communities, parks, and urban design. His recent efforts include the design of a themed, all-abilities playscape, a veteran’s memorial park, and collaborative design of a 2,000-acre master planned community.

Throughout his time here, Patrick has not only led key projects but also played an instrumental role in mentoring our junior designers. He fosters a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, skills are developed, and young designers are empowered to grow. Patrick’s commitment to mentorship has had a profound impact on our team’s development, ensuring that we continue to cultivate the next generation of landscape architects.

Patrick earned his Master of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University in 2013. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Texas, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), and a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI).
