The T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Dallas, Texas received two design awards from the 19th Annual Environments for Aging (EFA) Design Showcase. EFA’s annual awards program honors innovations that are leading the way, setting new standards and making a difference in the lives of older adults. MESA received a Merit Award for the planning and landscape architecture design, while PRDG received a Merit Award for the architecture design. The two firms and Presbyterian Communities and Services will accept the awards at the 2015 EFA Conference in Baltimore, Maryland on April 19th. The project will be featured in the Spring 2015 issue of the Environments for Aging publication. |
