The Shops at Park Lane sits on a major expressway corridor in Dallas, and includes 30 acres of a variety of retail, office, restaurants, an educational campus, entertainment venue, and luxury urban living. The focal point of this progressive redevelopment is the pedestrian dominated Main Street and the outdoor plaza space. Plant materials, finishes, site furnishings and environmental graphics were carefully chosen to establish an identity and organize the streetscape to create an outdoor destination “experience.”
